Michael Macdonald, a personal trainer and model, joined “The Monastero Twins” for a workout video full of tips and demonstrations.

It was especially challenging, since one of the twins – Luke – had never worked out a day in his life.

The first step is to decide what your goals are – in this case, to bulk up, so you can use the winter to build your next summer’s beach body. So you need to eat clean – but do NO CARDIO at the gym, because you want to keep the calories in your body.

Then, you need to maintain:

• Heavy weights
• Short rests between the sets
• And always remember – don’t skip leg day!

Nathan Thursfield, a 21-year-old gay man from the UK, has spent over $50,000 on cosmetic surgery so he could look like his favorite model and TV star – Katie Price.

Now, he was warned that if he undergoes another surgery, there’s a %70 chance his nose would collapse.

Nathan was on ITV’s “Loose Women” show, where he sat alongside his idol. He’s been a superfan since he was 14, and had undergone numerous surgeries so he could look more like her. “I’ve had two nose jobs, chin filling, cheek filling, Botox, teeth, tanning…”

Now, he’s planning another nose job – but was warned that his nose might collapse. His idol , Katie, tried to convince him not to go through with another surgery:

You look perfect. If you want to look like me… I want to look like you! You are gorgeous, okay? Don’t get your nose done because the next time I see you, I want to see you with a nose and not a hole.

Nathan’s boyfriend, Michael, was asked how he feels about all this:

I constantly tell him: just embrace who you are. He is good looking, as much as he doesn’t admit it to himself. I would rather support him so he wouldn’t do it behind my back, even though I disagree with some of the stuff he’s done.

For example, a guy might change his clothes during a conversation with roommates or wear underwear to walk to the bathroom or to grab a drink from the refrigerator.
• My many roommates over the years and I never talked about this before, and we would still walk around in boxers/boxer-briefs on occasion. No one had a problem with it. Mainly it was right before bed or on the way to the shower. Sometimes you need to get up just to pee and then head back to bed.

• I sleep nude. I hang out nude around the house. If you come to my place to see me, you’re gonna have to deal with a whole lotta me nude. That’s just the way it is.

Dominick Whelton is a 23-year-old gay YouTuber, who decided to let us in on his first “gay experience” – which doesn’t mean exactly what you think it means.

“I kid you not, it’s straight right out of a porno”, he begins his story. “It freaked me out. I was shook when it happened.”

And he tells the rest of the story:

It happened when I was 18 and I wasn’t out yet at that point.

I had been going to the gym pretty consistently, and I started showering there. I admit – I was doing it because I would get in the locker room to see some hot people sometimes. But I had never acted on anything – I was so scared.

One day, I had cut my workout short. I undressed, I put on my towel, went into the sauna, and there were three older men in there. I was not paying attention to them, and left for the showers.

The showers there were like a hallway with 5 showers on each side. I was showering for less than 5 minutes, when one of the guys from the sauna walks all the way and goes to the shower right across from me. I looked over and he was looking at me and we made eye contact.

I start freaking out in the shower… then I look over again and he’s opened it even more. And he was standing where it was open so I could see him fully naked.

And I’m trying to figure out what’s going on, because this is like some hot fantasy… 5 MINUTES later I look over again – and this is where things got intense.
